I think it is safe to be "IN" now.
Use $1.86 as a point to stop loss.
If any one day closed below $1.86,
GET OUT and re-think next move.

Regarding 1396, to use $1.86 as a support.
If day-closed below $1.86, "GET-OUT" makes sense.
Because "below previous Day-Low" means downward trend continues.
