去向、不知死活。一大批為革命出生入死的老同志。有的被打成“習 仲勳反黨集

團的代理人”。有的被打成“習仲勳黑線人物”、“習仲 勳安插的黑釘子”,或被

降職使用,或遭殘酷批鬥,有的被投入監 獄,有的被迫害致死。有人統計。受小說

《劉志丹》和“習仲勳反 黨集團”案株連者近2萬人。有近200人被打死、被逼

瘋或嚴重致殘。 實際上可能遠遠不止此數。1978年,習書記復出以後。我在廣東

和 北京先後接待過很多因“習案”遭受迫害的老幹部和老紅軍,他們 蒙冤時間之

長、受迫害之深。超過“文化大革命”時期類似冤案的 受害者, 聽後令人髮指。青

海省公安廳原副廳長張貴德就是其中一 位。黨的八屆十中全會是1962年9月

27日剛一閉幕。張貴德即於 10月2日被開除黨籍、開除公職、逮捕法辦。給他

強加的罪名是在 青海省勞改局組織了一個“反革命集團”。奇怪的是,這個“反

革 命集團”的“頭子”張貴德被關了18年,卻一直沒有判決。實際上。 *張貴德反

革命集團案”和“習仲勳反黨集團案”是聯繫在一起的。“習 仲勳反黨集團案

”由康生直接掌管。直到“文化大革命”開始都沒 有結案。到了1980年,中共中央

給“習仲勳反黨集團案”正式平反。 青海省才於1981年平反了“張貴德反革命

集團案”。習書記在中 央書記處任職期間,張貴德為自己的平反問題曾多次到北

京上訪。 我接待過他,對他的冤案印象很深。

習書記在蒙冤受屈的日子裡,對所謂“反黨”問題抱著儘量少 牽扯別人的態

度,能攬的就自己攬過來。寧可自己一個人承擔責任。 儘可能不連累別人。他

說:“我身上的芝麻,放在別人身上就是 西瓜;別人身上的西瓜,放在我身上就是芝

麻。”習書記身處逆境。 仍然不忘保護同志和朋友。許多人聽了這句話,感動得落

淚。事過 多年,提起“牽連”這兩個字,習書記仍然很不痛快。顯然,成千 上萬人的

悲慘遭遇給他造成了很大傷痛。

粉碎“四人幫”後,習書記1978年出席第五屆全國政協會議、 出任廣東省

委第二書記時,所謂“習仲勳反黨”的冤案還沒有正式

政務的同時,接待了很多受害者及其家屬,親自過問 一大批受“習仲勳反黨集團

案”牽連的冤案,為他們平反昭雪。

黨的十一屆三中全會後,從中央到地方都加快了平反冤假錯案 的工作。根據

鄧小平同志的指示,中央組織部對小說《劉志丹》一 案進行了複查。1979年7月

14日,中央組織部向中央上報了《關 於為小說《劉志丹》平反的報告》。報告指出

:“《劉志丹》(送審樣 書)不是反黨小說,而是一部比較好的歌頌老一輩無產階級革

命家、 描寫革命鬥爭歷史的小說。習仲勳等同志關心這部小說的創作,對 如何改

好這部小說發表過意見,是完全正當的,根本談不上是什麼 反黨陰謀集團活動。

”“所謂利用寫《劉志丹》小說進行反黨活動— 案,是康生製造的一起大錯案。“文

化大革命”中,康生夥同林彪、 “四人幫”,更是變本加厲地搞出一起株連甚廣的

現代文字獄。”

報告建議:“因《劉志丹》小說案件受到誣陷的同志,一律昭 雪平反。錯誤的結

論和處理一律撤銷,有關的檢查、交待一律從干 部檔案中撤出銷毀。”“報刊上可

適當發表一些評論文章,澄清被 康生和林彪、“四人幫”在這一案件中搞亂了的

思想、理論、路線 是非,恢復黨的傳統作風,更好地調整黨的文藝政策,貫徹“百花

齊放、百家爭鳴”方針,促進社會主義文藝的繁柴。”

8月4日,中共中央向全黨批轉了這一報告。

為了進一步消除這一案件在陝西等地的惡劣影響,1980年1月 11日,中央

組織部轉發了經中央批覆同意的中共陝西省委《關於為 所謂“彭、高、習反黨集

團”問題徹底平反的請示報告》。報告 指出“所謂“彭、高、習反黨集團”的提法

,是極其荒謬的,純係 誣衊不實之詞,由此而造成很多冤假錯案,打擊和株連了大批

幹部 和群眾,對陝西工作的損害和影響是很嚴重的,教訓是很沉痛的。”
